Introduction to Geology is a physical geology class that covers fundamental principles and the importance of geological science to people.

Meets 11:00-11:50 a.m. Monday, Wednesday, and Friday in 109 Leonard Hall.

This course looks at many different things that relate to environmental issues: science, politics, economics, geography . . . many things.  And we look at contemporary environmental issues and try to figure out what they are really all about and what should be done.

This course involves investigation of Earth Materials of all sorts: fundamental concepts, the nature of their science, and the importance of Earth Materials in our daily lives.
